A consultation fee of $50.00 includes a health evaluation and examination by the 
physician as well as computer imaging.  We find that computer imaging optimizes 
surgical planning because both patient and physician can participate and view proposed 
changes to the face.  The consult fee will also be credited toward any surgery performed.
